Today, we're pleased to announce a significant expansion of Bricqer's shipping integrations, with new, full support for Chit Chats in Canada and Australia Post. This update is designed to streamline your shipping workflow, particularly for our users in Canada and Australia, making it easier to manage and print labels directly from within Bricqer.
Shipping is one of the most complex and time-consuming parts of the business. We understand that managing different carriers, copying customs data, and printing labels from multiple websites is a major drain on efficiency. Our goal has always been to fully optimize every part of your workflow, and shipping is a critical piece of that puzzle.
New shipping options for Canada and Australia
With this update, we are introducing two new integrations to give our sellers more choice and power, directly within Bricqer.
Chit Chats
For our sellers in Canada, we have added support for Chit Chats. This is a popular Canadian shipping service known for providing discounted rates for e-commerce businesses. It acts as an intermediary, allowing sellers to access lower rates from carriers like USPS, PostNL and even Canada Post, which is especially beneficial for shipping to the US and other international destinations. With this addition, Bricqer now supports the three major postal providers in Canada: Canada Post, Stallion Express, and Chit Chats.

Australia Post
We have also launched our new integration for sellers based in Australia. You can now connect your Australia Post account to Bricqer. Australia Post offers reliable domestic and international shipping. This integration allows you to create shipping labels for all your shipments, including international ones, all from within your Bricqer account.

A seamless, all-in-one workflow
Adding these new carriers is only one part of the update. The true benefit comes from how they integrate into your existing Bricqer workflow. We designed this to eliminate the need to ever leave the platform to ship an order.
When you create a new shipment in Bricqer, we will automatically send all relevant information to the shipping carrier. This includes customs information, shipment weight, and dimensions. All our shipping integrations, including these new ones, have full support for IOSS and VOEC, ensuring that tax information is transmitted correctly without manual entry.
Bricqer will automatically request a shipping label (PDF) and can even print it for you. You no longer need to log into separate carrier websites or manually copy and paste tracking or customs data. Other notable changes
Besides adding support for these new shipping carriers, we have also made a number of other improvements to your shipping workflow.
- You can now enter the dimensions of your packages for more accurate shipping rates;
